[CURSORS] Use [<] and [>] within an entered line or current line if 'Break-In' is set. [<-DEL->] Delete keys. Remember to set 'Break-In' mode to edit existing data. [ALT]+[E] Edit : Set 'Break-In' mode. (Or Edit record by pressing [^], or use [+]) [ALT]+[L] Line : Move to the end of the line or beginning of the line. [ALT]+[J] Word : Jump to the start of the next word. (Same as [FIND][WORD]) [CUT] Cut to the end of the line from the cursor position and save as a phrase. [PASTE] Paste in a phrase previously copied by pressing [CUT] or stored in a PHR file [ALT]+[X] Paste the current INDEX phrase into the current field. (Exchange) [FIND] [FIND] then character to move to the next occurrence if found. [FIND] [FIND][FIND]=End of line. [FIND][RETURN]=Line start. [FIND][WORD]=Next word. [f7] Paste in the string used with the 'FIND' menu command. Edit using 'Break-In'. [f1] Enter numeric data as £.p ('0000.00') type format. (Field length <= 20) [f3] Enter numeric data, padded out with zeroes. (Field length <= 20) [RETURN] Pass the edited line of data to the field. Or use [f1],[f3], or [TAB]. Keybase left-justifies text entries and right-justifies numeric data if possible. The index is formed from the left 20 characters of each field. Keybase prevents right- right-justification in fields over 20 in length on fields 1-8. A secondary index is formed from the first 10 characters of the next field.
